What is the mission of TrainUnited?

Changing Fitness Mind and Body

TrainUnited mission is to inform about the importance of muscles, joints, and ligaments working together as a unit and moving efficiently with strength and flexibility. 


Everyone is unique and have unique fitness goals, but the one thing that remains the same is how efficient the body moves. Many current jobs requires either to stand or to be seated for their entire shift with an addition to overtime. What this does, creates an imbalance in the muscles, joints and ligaments limiting strength and flexibility. Having flexibility limitations can cause lingering knee, lower back, hip and shoulder pains. 

Sitting for a long period of time even standing without being aware of standing with proper posture will cause the back and shoulders to round, which is considered an improper posture. 


The body is meant to move with efficiency, strength, and flexibility. For example, athletes automatically assume their body is in shape and there’s no harm that can happen. This statement may have some truth to it, meaning sure an athlete’s body is in shape but without a solid and affective training program, athletes can also experience lingering knee, lower back, hip, shoulder pains or worse a severe injury. 


TrainUnited mission is to show the importance of the muscles, joints and ligaments in the body working together as a unit and moving effectively with strength and flexibility. With the body adapting to movement with strength and flexibility. With that you’re helping and growing the overall health of your body such as creating more blood circulation around your body and promoting a healthier lifestyle. 


You’re also reducing the risk of chronic diseases. Which has an unfortunate and tremendous total cost of $1.1 trillion annually in the economy of health care treatments. With your mental health improves, it helps keep you thinking, learning and have better and sharp motor and cognitive skills.
