Why Fitness Is Not Being Taken Seriously?

Let's make it clear, we only have one body so why not take really good care of it. For some people when certain things are really important for them, why don't we take that action? Why do we wait until something happens in order to react? Why some of us we need to see future visuals in order to react? Let's go back in time, because usually that's where we get a better understanding to why things is the way it is. Let's think about how active we were as a young kids and how devices weren't the solution to every problem. Let's think about less cars in the streets. Remember watching cartoons as a kid? There were so many commercials to be active. Remember the frosted flakes commercials with Tony the Tiger?His catchy slogan is "There GRRRREAT," or even the cheerios commercials might I add how frequent those cereals commercials were shown on kids programmings. Let's think about more recess time and less computer class time. All and all, there's a major difference in how kids in the 80s and 90s were raised than kids today.


A study was made from the University of South Australia; "Children around the world are less aerobically fit than their parents were as kids," how selfish is that? Researchers say, we "could be setting them up for serious health problems once they're grown up." And interesting enough, "Children's aerobic fitness has declined by 5 percent since 1975," People must understand how important it is for adults and kids to take fitness seriously and making it top priority in your life.


Being raised in this world where I have to play catch up to some of my peers, you must understand the seed that you must get rid off from your brain. There's more to life than just paying bills, work, sleep and eat. Being happy and healthy comes from a career that you care for, eliminating anything or anyone that provides stress in your life and understanding decision making is sometimes necessary but without consideration can lead to some very unwise choices.


Fitness or having a healthy lifestyle is extremely important and the benefits to the body is out of this world. Medication companies are flourishing because we rely on medication heavily to be the solution to our body's pain and problems. Living a healthy lifestyle or having fitness as your top priority can cure about almost anything going on in your body. Let's take fitness more serious, we have one body lets take good care of it.


So remember the days you were a kid? How care-free and active that was? Now bring it back and put it in your fitness routines- Let's make it fun again.
